Responsible for processing internal and external Sales Order requisitions, DMF requisitions and RMA shipment requisitions. Able to organize daily kitting requirements and to set priorities for these work requirements in a detailed and thorough manner. Ability to analyze and reconcile cycle count discrepancies and close open invoice issues from accounting. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Electrical Engineer Responsibilities: Mizuho OSI, the leading manufacturer of spinal and orthopedic trauma surgery tables, seeks an experienced designer of electrical and electronic systems involving embedded controllers, digital to analog circuit design, DC power supplies, and C-programming. Your focus will be on new and evolutionary product development integrating latest manufacturing technology and regulatory compliance. This is a key role for defining system architecture, detailed circuit design, and manufacturing implementation. Requirements: Requirements include a BSEE, 6+ years hands-on circuit design experience, 3+ years C-programming experience, and fluency with a schematic capture program such as Or CAD. Your skill set should include a range of circuit design, modeling, programming, EMC evaluation, and comprehensive test and debug abilities. As a senior member of the staff you will have project management and FDA compliance responsibility for electrical concerns. In addition, strong written and verbal English communication skills are required with Japanese language skills highly desirable.
Assembler II Responsibilities: Assembler, Major II is the intermediate level. Working under minimal supervision, resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Assembles major products (e.g. table assemblies) partially or completely, working at bench or on shop floor, as per written instructions. Positions parts according to blueprints. Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners using hand tools and portable powered tools. Operates drill press and hand tools to assist in assembly operations. Completes product packaging as needed.
Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of hand tools. Skill in coordination of hand-eye movements and manual dexterity. Ability to read working assembly drawings and blueprints. Ability to read and follow assembly procedure documents. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; three to four years of directly related experience.
CNC Programmer Responsibilities: Creates numerical control programs to control contour path machining of parts on CNC machine tools. Analyzes drawings, sketches, and design data of parts to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, and machine speeds and feed rates. Determines reference points and direction of machine cutting paths. Computes angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part. Uses computer-assisted drafting software to show location of reference points and direction of cutting paths. Writes instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide setup and operation of machine. Revises program to eliminate instruction errors or omissions. Observes operation of machine on trial run to prove programmed instructions. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Mathematical Skills Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Good working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing required and be able to work in both Metric and English units. Reasoning ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in 2 and 3 axis programming in Master Cam. Basic understanding of 4 and 5 axis programming is preferred. Other skills and abilities Must have trouble shooting skills for tool deflection and chatter; able to maximize cutting speeds and feeds to prolong cutter life and reduce run time; able to use micrometers, depth gauges and calipers and have good fundamentals of plate inspection layout. Sales Representative (Michigan Territory) Develop relationships within the healthcare community with physicians, hospital management, procurement and clinical personnel. Gain market knowledge and maintain awareness of procedures and new technologies techniques to develop sales approach. Maintain awareness/compile and communicate competitive information on equipment and devices preferred by the marketplace. Evaluate customer's needs and emphasize salable product features, using technical knowledge of capabilities and limitations of current product offering. Advise customers of equipment for given need based on technical knowledge of the market procedures and products. Educate and train customers on OSI products. Provide pre and post sale product demonstrations, customer product in-services and clinical support. Attend surgical cases to support staff in the use of OSI products/equipment as necessary. Adhere to specific hospital protocols and procedures. Negotiate with administrative and multi-specialty clinical personnel. Utilize the "Discovery Process" and sales tools throughout the sales process. Maintain sales activity reports as required by RSM and through the use of the company-provided CRM program, update the system a minimum of once per week on the status of pending sales opportunities. Document all sales calls in the CRM and update accordingly throughout the sales process with pertinent customer account information at a minimum of once per week. Represent OSI products at tradeshows and courses when requested to do so. Provide Sales coverage for vacant Sales territories when requested to do so. Be responsible for providing a portable computer in order to conduct business. Be responsible for providing an operable vehicle and insurance in order to conduct business.
