It was announced today a two year exclusive distribution Agreement between OSI and Phimed GmbH. Phimed will become the exclusive distributor of the OSI product line for Germany. "Phimed brings to OSI a focused approach to their customer and one that has been recognized by others in the Industry as outstanding, they will add value to our business model and market OSI's product to a geographic area that hasn't been marketed before", states R. Mark Lane, Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing for OSI.

Klaus Jochum, Sales Manager, recently stated " OSI's line of products will distinguish our firm in the surgical suite working with the specialist and present us with great opportunities. Our sales organization is excited, especially after our extensive training in California."

Phimed is a private company dedicated to the orthopedic market in Germany with thirty-six sales people through-out the country.

OSI is a privately held company based in Union City, CA. OSI manufacturers specialty surgical and Imaging tables and other positioning devices for the Orthopedic and Spinal surgeon.
